The Psychology and Counseling division in the Behavioral Health Clinic focus on evidence-based therapy services for youth and adults experiencing a range of psychological problems.

A range of treatment approaches are used in addressing concerns including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavioral Parent Training. Individual therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes and occur once a week.
