As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I aim to build a treatment plan that is consistent with your goals and values through patient education and shared decision-making. I utilize evidence-based practice to guide my discussion of treatment options. While medication is one of the treatment options that I offer for management of symptoms, I believe that it is only one of the available tools, as behavioral changes, mindfulness, and lifestyle support are vitally important for sustainable well-being.
