Welcome! I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in NYC, dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. I earned my bachelor’s degree from John Jay College and completed my master’s degree at St. Bonaventure University. In my practice, I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression, and ADHD. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
