Kristie Tyson
With over 16 years of experience as a counselor, I work closely with individuals to help them find their own answers and unlock their potential. I take a solution-focused approach to assist clients in restoring balance, building coping skills, and educating them on techniques and strategies to enhance their own abilities.
My expertise lies in working with adults as they navigate various life transitions. I am trained in trauma therapy for both children and adults to help them cope and process emotions and memories linked to traumatic experiences. Additionally, I have received training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
My goal is to promote health and wellness as clients work through challenging life situations, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, life transitions, grief, and relationships. I am currently accepting new clients and eagerly look forward to supporting you on your journey to wellness and a fulfilling life.
