Our mission is to serve a diverse clientele of varying cultural identities and backgrounds who may be struggling with significant mental health concerns, relationship issues, or simply want to improve their quality of life. Through individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling, we deliver treatment for depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, post-traumatic stress, suicidality, addictions, emotional dysregulation, behavioral problems, and more. Upaya has a comprehensive DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) program for adults.
