Helping student-athletes achieve more with goal-based therapy. Our team is flexible, ever-changing, and meets each client where they are, and helps them get to where they need to be. We specifically help athletes think outside the box based on their circumstances, experiences, strengths, and goals. We support athletes with various challenges such as managing depression, reducing anxiety, treating an eating disorder, overcoming compulsive exercising, recovering from injury, strategies for mental blocks, recovering from burnout, and mental health risks for LGBTQIA+.
