Welcome! College can feel like a time when you’re supposed to have it all figured out—but instead, you might find yourself stuck in roles and expectations that don’t feel like yours. Maybe you’re always putting others first, avoiding conflict, and trying to live up to family or cultural standards. But lately, that pressure feels overwhelming, and you’re starting to wonder: What do I actually want?

If you’ve been struggling with setting boundaries, people-pleasing, anxiety, identity confusion, burnout, or navigating your values in spaces where you feel invisible or misunderstood—you’re not alone. This space is for you.

I offer therapy that’s supportive, collaborative, and culturally mindful. You bring your story, your questions, and your lived experience—I’ll meet you there. Together, we’ll unpack the expectations you’ve been carrying, explore who you are beneath them, and help you build the confidence to show up for yourself, not just others.

I welcome students of all races, ethnicities, immigrant backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, faiths, abilities, body sizes, and socioeconomic statuses. Let’s work together to help you reclaim your voice—and learn how to use it, without guilt.
