Tyra Williams, LPC
Looking for a safe, empathetic space to process life’s changes? Want support from someone who can hold space while gently encouraging growth? I work with individuals ages 12–45 navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. My background includes supporting those who have experienced trauma, abuse, and other difficult events. I’m especially committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for marginalized communities, including people of color and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs. I use a variety of techniques to support you in a way that feels authentic and effective. If you’re looking for a space to feel seen, heard, and supported, I’ll meet you with compassion right where you are.
