Hey! I'm glad you found my page. I look forward to connecting with you. I work with people experiencing difficulties with life transitions, emotional regulation, interpersonal conflicts, and identity development, among other life challenges. My hope as a counselor is to provide a nonjudgmental and curious relationship for you to process whatever you feel like you need each time we visit. Maybe you are struggling with the pressures of college, navigating changing relationships with your friends or within your sense of self, or the ever-changing state of the world. It can be a lot to manage and make sense of. I am down-to-earth and easy to talk to about difficult topics. I tend to prioritize a relational approach to counseling that supports your needs. Let's work together to help you find the space to expand your capacity for navigating the challenging aspects of life. Our offices at Greenflag are cozy and help create a warm, inviting, and sensory-friendly space. If you have any questions about my practice or the therapy process, please don't hesitate to reach out. Be gentle with yourself and take good care.
