Many of the people I see are feeling overwhelmed as they navigate work, relationships, friendships, figuring out who they want to be, recovering from trauma, overcoming depression or anxiety, or beating an addiction, all while trying to keep their grades up and focus on school. Emerging adulthood is a challenging time full of different kinds of transitions and challenges, and it can be stressful to try to keep on top of everything when it feels like life is pulling you a million different directions.
I specialize in working with young adults who are figuring out life and trying to start out on the best footing they can. I work with topics like depression and anxiety, trauma, internet/porn addictions, relationships, grief and loss, and many other topics, but most of all I try to help teach you the skills to navigate those and other difficulties you are likely to encounter throughout your life.
I'm sorry to say I do not have a magic wand that fixes all your problems, but I can teach you how to approach those problems with a different mindset, and help you develop the skills to overcome the obstacles you face. You can do it, and I want to help you learn how to go from surviving to thriving.
