I help adults heal and grow into more satisfying romantic relationships and career paths.

I understand that finding and creating a satisfying relationship or career path can be a real struggle. For me, finding someone to love and build a life with was far from easy. Figuring out who I was and how to be myself was so vital to my journey and continues to remain vital to the health of my marriage. I also understand the struggle of finding and growing into a satisfying career. I believe that we all deserve to feel valued and live out our inner purposes in these important parts of our lives.

I find it vital to my approach to therapy that we first take the time to understand your dilemma—you have some idea what you want from life, but may not know how to get there. The fact that you are reading this says to me that you are interested in making a change, but likely also feeling stuck, anxious and depressed. As this dilemma comes into focus, so will your inner purpose-the purpose that only you get to define; the purpose that defines who you truly are and that will give you motivation and energy.

I use a variety of methods to help you get past where you are feeling stuck. One such is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have seen clients make remarkable progress with this method as it aids in opening up one’s natural ability to process and grow past traumatic events and stressors in life that have long overwhelmed people and left them feeling stuck.

I completed my Master of Social Work degree at Arizona State University and am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Utah.

Outside of my work I love spending time with my family. I love taking them to explore our mountains, either by snowboarding in the winter or hiking in the summer.

Music is also something very important to me and major way I have learned to express myself, whether that is through finding bands and artists who I feel convey what I am feeling, or by creating my own music on the drums.

We all find unique ways to be and express ourselves. I look forward to finding out what you do that gives you purpose.
