Turner Counseling and Wellness
Change is possible. Whether it be learning to strengthen relationships, processing trauma, building confidence, setting stronger boundaries, or gaining more self-compassion, we will work together in treatment that targets your individual needs. I invite you to join a non-judgmental environment where you are encouraged to deeply explore your inner world.
I have worked with individuals and groups of all backgrounds, addressing issues like anxiety and depression, grief, complex trauma, multicultural issues, and more. I have in-depth experience working in PHP and IOP settings, and have been trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
Above all, I value the healing that occurs within the framework of the client-counselor collaboration. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I look forward to supporting you towards growth that will transcend outside of our sessions.
