Do you constantly feel like no one gets you? Or how you never seemed to fit in and were picked on because of how you look, act, and think? That loneliness feels crushing. You've probably felt ashamed of who you are. Maybe over the years, you've tried to be "normal" and realized your life feels empty and inauthentic. Or maybe you've resisted mainstream society, but it's left you socially isolated, depressed, anxious, perhaps even traumatized. You are not alone. My goal as a counselor is to give you a space where you can share your story, feel supported, and most importantly be seen for who you are.

I enjoy working with creatives (e.g. artists, writers, musicians), marginalized identities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, ND), and young adults (millennials, Gen Z). If you've found yourself "othered" throughout your life, I will help you voice your experience and find a place in this world. Wherever you are in your journey, I am honored to walk alongside you.
