At True Self Counseling, we specialize in working with young adults as they navigate life transitions, identity issues, sexuality, and faith transitions, along with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. We also are trained extensively in treating trauma. We believe that each individual deserves to feel comfortable with their identity, values, and choices and we work with our clients to embrace their most authentic selves.
