Hello! At True North Therapy, we offer individual, couple, family, and group therapy. We take most insurance and will work with you to ensure that you can receive services based on your income if you don't have insurance. Our clinicians come from a variety of backgrounds, ethnicities, and gender identities, and work with people facing everything from anxiety and depression to learning differences and relationship problems. We will collaborate with you to set goals and reach them!
