Cinella Brannon is a female African American therapist that has a decade of experience working with individuals, children and families who have been involved in the legal systems. Anxiety and depression are some of college students' most commonly diagnosed mental health conditions. In ACHA's survey: More than one-third of students (36%) had been diagnosed with anxiety. 28% had been diagnosed with depression. Cinella has worked with college students who are struggling with the symptoms such as: test anxiety, eating disorders, body image struggles, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety (Generalized and Social), depression, adjustment issues, perfectionism, self esteem and substance use disorders.

Reducing symptoms of stress, anger, trauma, anxiety and depression are my major areas of expertise. Cinella also works with individuals who are fighting the battle of addiction. Cinella utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the incorporation of other evidenced based practices to offer her clients an integrated approach towards their healing journey.
