Pre-Licensed Professional

I am passionate about supporting college students in managing experiences of anxiety, depression, identity development, ADHD/neurodivergence, self-esteem, body image, multicultural identity, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress.

I am deeply compassionate and supportive in my approach, dedicated to empowering and joining individuals in navigating their unique life experiences. I foster a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space for us to explore and make sense of what might be getting in your way and how to move through these challenges at your own pace toward a place of healing.

By slowing down and uncovering what has and has not been working, getting in touch with your feelings, and building various skills to manage difficult experiences, you can shift from coping with life toward thriving and flourishing into your authentic self.
