If you’re carrying a lot and could use a place to breathe, I’d be honored to sit with you.

I’m a student therapist currently completing my graduate program at George Fox University—and I truly love the work I get to do. Before stepping into the role of therapist, I worked to connect service members, veterans, and their families with the care and support they needed. That experience didn’t just shape my professional path—it deepened my respect and compassion for the unique challenges faced by those who’ve served. You’ve carried a lot, and you deserve a space to set some of it down.
Therapy with me is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and mutual respect. I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to walk with you, to listen deeply, and to help you reconnect with your own strength, clarity, and sense of self. Whether you're dealing with stress, trauma, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck or disconnected, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.

I work primarily from a person-centered approach, which means our work together is guided by your experiences and values. I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), especially when working with couples or families, to help identify patterns, strengthen connection, and navigate relational dynamics with care and intention.
If you’ve never done therapy before—or if you’re returning after time away—you’re welcome here. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to explain everything. You just have to show up, and we’ll take it from there.
