Taking this step towards your growth/healing can be hard, and looking up providers is a great place to start! My aim in therapy is to create a space that feels collaborative and safe to explore your unique concerns. I believe that all experiences have value, and I would feel honored to help you on your path of self-discovery and healing. I prioritize developing an authentic therapy relationship to help you feel comfortable to explore challenging thoughts and experiences. We can all use a bit of help at times, and I am dedicated to helping you identify what meaningful change might look like for you.

I strive to approach therapy with an open mind. Every person has a unique perspective, so taking time to understand your needs and experiences assists in tailoring therapy to your goals. I hope to facilitate growth through building awareness of patterns of experiences, while fostering autonomy to challenge any unwanted patterns.
