I'm Trinity, a graduate-level therapist intern based in NYC, and I specialize in working with students, caregivers, parents, veterans and first responders trying to manage all that their demanding roles ask of them. Before pursuing my clinical training, I spent years as a nurse in healthcare, which gave me firsthand experience with high-stress environments and a deep respect for the emotional toll of caretaking professions- something I bring into every session with my clients.
