So glad you are prioritizing yourself and your needs! Life is a journey, and it is important to live it intentionally and not passively. We continue to experience waves and reiterations of collective trauma (e.g., dual pandemic and current socio-economic-political climate). Are you struggling to find healthy ways to engage and connect with yourself and be in community with others? Therapy can provide a place to reset, rest, grieve, and grow into the life you find worth living.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and bereavement/grief & loss, especially within cultural, spiritual/religious identity, and other related factors. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and multicultural therapies. Art therapy can be included. Please reach out anytime if you have any questions.

Schedule a free 15-minute consult on my calendar here, https://headway.co/providers/asha-ragin?utm_source=pem&utm_medium=direct_link&utm_campaign=50002

My general availability for sessions is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 11am-7pm, and Fridays, 10 am -5 pm.
