- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
I am a clinician with Triangle Cognitive Therapy, a group practice on Long Island specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I see clients in our Westbury, NY Office. To learn more about our practice and approach please visit our website. You can also call or book a consultation directly and request to work with me.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I specialize in trauma, crises, and adjustment. I meet you where you are at, so that we can take the journey together.
Using emotion-focused therapy, I want to validate you first, and then focus on the challenges. The story is not always the most important part, in order to feel better emotions first have to be understood. Once we understand the emotions, we work together to create positive differences.
I am not in your shoes, however I would like to make the walk more comfortable.
