Trevor Roth Therapy
Hi, I’m Trevor Roth, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience helping people navigate stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. I work with college students who may be feeling overwhelmed by academic pressure, major life decisions, or personal challenges.
My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while also considering the whole person their experiences, environment, and relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring what’s going on in your life while developing tools to manage stress, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to gain clarity, develop new skills, and move forward with confidence.
