I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, especially when facing depression, anxiety, or grief related to stressful life events. I believe you are ultimately the expert of your own life, but there are times when each of us can benefit from extra support. I help students who are making career decisions and working through life transitions, experiencing anxiety or depression, or who want to heal from traumatic experiences. I have extensive experience working with student populations serving as an academic counselor, a high school counselor, and adjunct counseling faculty.
