I am a Licensed Social Worker who counsels' adults, adolescents, and their families with a client-centered lens using Trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches. I believe in creating a safe, empathic, and warm environment, which I view as an essential component of the healing process. I seek to collaborate and provide the necessary support to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

My clinical interest areas include: Addiction/Substance Use, Anger Management, Anxiety/Social Anxiety, Attachment Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Faith-Based Issues, Guilt/Shame, Identity/Self-Esteem, Men’s Issues, Mood Disorders, Panic Disorder, Personality Disorders,, Process Addiction, Singles’ Issues, Stress, and Trauma.
