College can be overwhelming — especially when stress, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions start to feel heavier than expected. Many students I work with feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves while trying to keep up with academic, social, and personal pressures. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in real, honest conversation. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s coming up for you, build self-awareness, and develop tools that feel realistic for your life right now. Together, we focus on strengthening self-confidence, emotional regulation, and coping skills while moving at a pace that feels manageable.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on helping you feel more connected to yourself as you navigate this stage of life.
