Hi, I’m Patrick, and I’m here to help you sort through whatever life is throwing at you right now. College is full of transitions—some exciting, some exhausting, and some that just leave you feeling stuck. If you’re wrestling with anxiety, a heavy fog you can’t shake, or something that feels harder to name, we can work on it together.

I’ve been told I have a calm, grounded presence, and it’s true—there’s not much that rattles me. That doesn’t mean I just sit back and nod, though. I’m focused on helping you actually understand what’s going on and figuring out ways to move forward that make sense for you. My approach is direct and effective, but not without compassion or humor.

The goal is for you to walk away from our work feeling more connected to yourself and equipped to handle the challenges ahead. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—it can be clarifying, even empowering. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d be glad to help.
