I’m Dr. Kimberly Trainor, a doctoral-level licensed educational psychologist, who can help by providing therapy for children, teens, and young adults struggling with anxiety through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I can also provide a comprehensive psychological or psycho-educational assessments. Through evaluations, I can provide specific treatment recommendations for issues such as ADHD, autism, learning disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD.
With several years experience working in a public school setting, I have knowledge of community resources, and supports available in schools through accommodations. Therefore, I can provide vital treatment recommendations as part of the evaluation specific to your needs.
I want to help individuals feel successful and confident in school, at home, and in the community. Through better understanding of their unique strengths and weaknesses in many skill areas, together we can help you and/or your child truly flourish. By providing coping strategies in therapy to children and teens, we can help build happy, resilient adults.
