When anxiety becomes too much it starts affecting the quality of your life. You may find you have difficulty with the day-to-day: looking after yourself, holding down a job, trying new things or simply enjoying your leisure time. Physical symptoms from anxiety feel like they are filling up your body: stomach churning, light-headed or dizzy, headaches, backache, etc. With anxiety, the rate and intensity of your anger can increase, leading you to seek anger management. Social situations can be a source of stress in which your body might tighten up for a fight response. You feel overwhelmed; thinking no way I am capable of interacting.
