Tracy Hart
I work with people ages 18-24 who are seeking support with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or identity issues. I'm a queer and neurodivergent person, and I welcome clients who are ADHD / autistic / AuDHD and/or have sensory processing difficulties.
I celebrate and support folx who are queer, trans, nonbinary, or questioning. Depending on your preferences, our work together can include art therapy, hands-on experiential activities like sand tray (because play therapy doesn't just have to be for kids), or “walk and talk” therapy for those who enjoy being outdoors.
