Tracy’s therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healthy communication and strong boundaries are essential for personal growth and thriving relationships. She focuses on the over all health, include brain health, and works collaboratively with clients, using evidence-based techniques to help them achieve their goals and overcome barriers.
As part of Tracy’s holistic approach to therapy, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective treatment for trauma recovery and other symptoms. She has advanced training in brain health, emotional focused therapy, Christian integration, and couples therapy. In addition, she has an understanding of military life.
