Hello, I'm Tracy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) based in Colorado. I've been dedicated to practicing therapy in a clinical setting since 2012, working extensively with both adolescents and adults. My experience spans enhanced outpatient treatment, residential treatment, youth corrections, school-based counseling, and private practice, giving me a broad perspective on various therapeutic environments.

I am deeply passionate about helping people achieve their goals and create the most fulfilling life possible. Most recently, I served as the treatment provider for Eagle County’s Drug Court and DUI Court programs until May 2021, when I decided to focus fully on my private practice. Since 2014, I've been seeing individual clients in a private practice setting, and I began offering teletherapy in 2018.

My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, creating an empathetic and empowering atmosphere that facilitates change. I draw from several evidence-based treatments, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My specialties include addiction and substance use concerns, disordered eating, stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues.

I believe that every person has unique needs, and together, we will discover the most effective path for you. My goal is to support you in navigating life's challenges and transitions, helping you build resilience and find balance.

A bit about my background: I graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. After a couple of years of enjoying life as a ski bum, I pursued my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work. Post-graduation, I secured a job in the mountains, allowing me to combine my passion for helping people with my love for outdoor adventures.

If my approach resonates with you or if you have any questions, please reach out. Let's discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals and enhance your well-being.
