Tracey Lundgren
Do you feel like you're taking care of everyone else in your life? Maybe it's time to work with someone who can hold space for you. Therapy is most effective when clients feel safe and seen. Because of this, I aim to create an accepting, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for you to be your true self. I work with a range of clients who feel stuck, lost, unmotivated, or anxious, and I specialize in helping clients navigate major life changes (including quarter-life crises), work through imposter syndrome, and engage in self-exploration.
As a former educator, college counselor, and therapist in a college wellness center, I am well-versed in how challenging the transition to college can be. Whether you are working towards your bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree, managing competing priorities can be challenging and incredibly stressful. My aim is to help you start feeling more like yourself.
