Holistic Me Therapy
We're so happy that you're here!
Holistic Me Therapy provides individual therapy for college students navigating the academic, personal, and emotional challenges that often accompany this stage of life. Our approach is holistic and intersectional, recognizing that a student’s mental health is shaped by academic pressure, identity development, relationships, cultural context, and life transitions.
We support college students experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem concerns, difficulty with balance, and uncertainty about direction or purpose. Therapy focuses on reducing distress while building practical coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence that extend beyond the college years. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, helping students strengthen resilience, improve well-being, and develop tools for long-term independence.
At Holistic Me Therapy, college students are met with understanding, structure, and support as they work toward clarity, stability, and personal growth.
