I view my role in therapy as helping you come to a better understanding of yourself. As we work through the therapeutic process together, the insights gained about your emotional difficulties and relationships will allow you to make the best decisions about your life and move forward with new clarity. Our ability to work collaboratively in sessions together, exploring the complex and troubling aspects of your life story, will allow us to put into language the things that are most bothering you. Over time, this new understanding will lead to profound changes and allow you to flourish.

I have a background in the arts and I view this training as equally important to my training as a psychotherapist. Utilizing my creative background and leading with curiosity allows me to provide you with care that has a breadth and depth. My aim is to provide you with a safe space in which to address the issues that are weighing on you.

If you would like to see if we are a good fit or if you have any questions I might be able to answer, please reach out by phone or email me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
