I primarily work with young adult women, specializing in anxiety/panic as well as queer identity formation (questioning, self-acceptance, coming out, etc). I'm particularly passionate about supporting the mental health of bisexual folks, who can find themselves feeling out of place in both straight and queer spaces. I have over 10 years of experience supporting college students in various capacities, and have been in practice as a therapist for 4 years.

I can help you work through painful past experiences, find freedom from anxiety and panic attacks, navigate issues like questioning your sexuality or planning to come out to others, and practice setting boundaries. As a previous chaplain, I am also uniquely equipped to support students whose faith is important to them or who are rethinking their relationship to their faith background.

I take a feminist, collaborative approach to therapy. If you've been feeling alone on your journey, feel free to reach out to me. It would be my privilege to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to process and grow. I look forward to hearing from you!
