Tori Giblin LPC
Hello there! I'm Tori. I know starting therapy can be a scary step, but I applaud you for taking the leap.
With years of experience in mental health, I have helped many clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations, but I love working with young adults and professionals. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, deconstruction, and life transitions. I use evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, IFS, and DBT to help my clients achieve lasting change.
Outside of therapy, I'm a passionate dog lover, avid reader, and enthusiastic nerd. You might catch a sneak peek of my cuddly dog, Bodhi, during our sessions. In my free time, I find joy in diving into fantasy worlds, curling up with a video game, a book, or creating art through crochet or coloring. You may also catch me in my car, screaming all the lyrics to All Too Well (10 Minute Version). I believe in the power of storytelling and creativity as tools for self-expression and personal growth. My love for storytelling informs how I help clients rewrite their stories, becoming the main characters of their lives instead of fading into the background.
If you are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Feel free to reach out through email or visit my website to schedule an appointment. Let's work together to create a life filled with meaning, resilience, and authenticity.
