You don’t have to wait for your grief to be over to start living your life again.

Whether it be the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, estrangement from a family member or a major life transition; loss changes us. We all navigate grief and loss in our own unique ways. Grief doesn’t end, it evolves. And it can teach us about ourselves, our courage and what matters most in our life. The good news is that it’s possible to find joy and live a meaningful life with grief.

You don’t have to navigate your grief and loss alone.

We live in a death and pain avoidant society and frequently our friends and family don’t know how to support someone who has experienced a loss. Having a skilled, compassionate and trusted grief and loss counselor can help you integrate your grief and move towards reinvesting in your life.
