Life is a series of transitions that feature successes and challenges. Whether you are dealing with a relationship conflict, birth of a new baby, career change or loss of a loved one, the ultimate goal is to reach a healthy and fulfilling life. I would love to accompany you on your journey and help you with reaching your goals and experiencing a fulfilling life.
I have experience in counseling families, couples, co-parents and individuals (both children (ages 5 and up) and adults). I believe that the mind, body, and environment all work together to assist our growth so I use a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach to help you reach health in all 3 areas
I am available by email for the quickest response. I am also open to calls and texts. I look forward to hearing from you!
