Tonaltzin Martinez
I specialize in working with adults who are navigating the lingering impact of trauma, those who feel anxious, heavy, or disconnected, and aren’t quite sure who they are beyond the roles they’ve learned to fill. The work often involves unlearning deeply held beliefs and survival strategies, patterns that once served a protective purpose but now contribute to feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally numb. Therapy can offer the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Through a trauma-informed lens and somatic-based practices, I help clients reconnect with their bodies as a source of insight, not just distress. Together, we will uncover patterns, tune into the body’s signals, and create space for clarity, connection, and healing.
Whether you're ready to begin or just exploring the idea, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this work.
