What if healing deepens not by asking why, but by noticing where unease lives in the body and how it’s been trying to speak? Maybe you’re burnt out, disconnected, or lost sight of who you are. You carry so much for others, but lately, even showing up for yourself feels heavy. Or maybe you're in a season of change—grieving what was, uncertain of what's next, or caught in between. I work with adults in these “in-between” spaces—between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. Whether you're facing life transitions, identity shifts, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Through a somatic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, we’ll explore what it means to reclaim your identity, rest without guilt, set boundaries that honor your truth, regulate your nervous system, and navigate the space where hope and fear can coexist.

I deeply believe that healing begins when we listen to both the mind and the body—where your story lives, and where it longs to be heard. Whether you're ready to begin or just exploring the idea, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this work.
