Many clients who come to work with us identify as high-achieving teenage or adult women. They’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and burnt out and are often looking to learn different ways to manage the stress they experience from trying to balance their numerous responsibilities. We're particularly passionate about helping these clients challenge perfectionistic tendencies, set boundaries, learn healthy coping strategies, and increase self-awareness and confidence.
