Hello and welcome! :-) I'm Todd Provenzano, and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. Having taught graduate-level university counseling courses in Cincinnati for many years, I have a deep empathy and understanding of the intense stress and complex challenges college students face. Whether it’s leaving your family and community for the first time, navigating who you are in an ever-changing world, juggling school, work, and relationships, or making important career decisions (or changing careers altogether), it's not about what's wrong with you - it's about what's happening to you. Together, I'm hopeful we can accomplish something that really, truly matters to you and your aspirations. I invite you read on to see if I might be the right person to help you level up and realize your goals.

I envision you as the Hero of your own journey. I truly believe you're going to emerge from this process to have a meaningful impact on the lives of the people you dedicate yourself to. But even the strongest heroes encounter trials that test their confidence and sense of control. Maybe you’ve reached a crossroads where the past no longer serves you, and the future feels unclear. You might feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or even on the brink of giving up. Still, you’re resilient - you want to move forward, rediscover your inner strengths, your confidence in your aspirations, and sense of purpose. You're not just trying to survive, but to thrive in a way that aligns with who you see yourself becoming. You want to - you're going to - make an impact!

And that matters, both now and in the longer term. No one can write your story better than you. You’re the expert on your own life, and the decider on how you want to move forward. While I'm not the only Helper in your life, my role is to walk alongside you at this stage of your journey - to help you make sense of your story, identify what matters most to you, and envision the life you want to create. We’ll work together to develop realistic, achievable strategies to help you manage your concerns and take next steps that feel right for you.

The fact that you’re considering this step reflects your thoughtfulness and courage. I know this isn’t easy, but I also know it can be incredibly meaningful and rewarding. I was extremely fortunate to have some extraordinary mentors guiding me through hurdles that could have broken me otherwise, and I'm grateful now for the opportunity to pay that positive impact forward and help the next generation of professionals - you! - maximize your personal and career growth and impact. My goal is to create a space where your story is honored, and you feel deeply understood and accepted. When you’re ready to take that next step, I’ll be here to support you.
