Counselor, LCMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 3 days ago

My clinical experience includes assessment and therapy services to adults, young adults, adolescents and families with over 15 years in experience in the field in various environments. I want to be sure that therapy can be approachable and useful for everyone, adapting to the needs of the person, while having a grounding in cognitive-behavioral approaches.
My areas of specialty include; Depression, Anxiety, Teen challenges and life transition issues. I consider my style to be caring and empathetic, yet clear and more directive. I also have significant and influential clinical experience with clients suffering from various forms of grief and loss.
Come see me in my office on the green at Norwich Square! The perfect quiet spot for reflecting, learning and growing. Accessible and in the center of downtown, right along the Advance Transit bus route.
