You might be in a place where everything feels uncertain — graduating, starting over, or healing from something no one else can quite see. Maybe you’re carrying grief, burnout, or the pressure to keep it all together while quietly wondering who you are and what’s next. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by change or stuck between versions of yourself, you’re not alone.

I work best with students and young adults who feel caught in life transitions, grappling with identity questions, or facing invisible struggles. Many of my clients are figuring out how to feel whole when they’ve been told to shrink parts of themselves to fit in.

In our work, you don’t have to perform or figure it out alone. I offer a warm, expressive space where you can slow down, breathe, and share your story at your own pace — whether that’s through art, writing, or conversation. My practice centers your lived experience and honors your culture, your wisdom, and the ways you’ve learned to survive.

If you’re adjusting to independence, exploring who you are, carrying old wounds, or simply searching for a life that feels true to you, you’re in the right place. Together, we’ll make room for all parts of you — and imagine what comes next, on your terms.
