Hi, I'm Tiyahna. Cognitive distortions, or intrusive thoughts, are often the root of much of our emotional turmoil. How many times have you struggled with setting a boundary or assumed the worst before it even happened? Whether it's school, work, family, or romantic relationships, we can formulate a path together to help you feel better about any concern you might have.

Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), I help clients change unhealthy thinking patterns and challenge cognitive distortions. This approach allows you to overcome barriers and find more happiness in your life. Depression is one of the hardest things you may ever have to deal with, but this time, you don't have to do it alone. I enjoy helping clients find the meaning behind their actions and challenging them to look at situations from a different perspective.

One of my favorite quotes is, “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” This philosophy guides my approach to therapy, encouraging clients to take control of their reactions and, ultimately, their happiness.

If you're ready to take the next step towards a more fulfilling life, I'm here to help. Let's work together to create the change you seek.
