Pre-Licensed Professional

As a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker, I’m
here to support you in discovering, redefining, and
healing from your experiences. Whether it is a life
transition, relationship conflict, stress, or all of the
above, I am here to help. I love to listen to and
empower my clients to achieve their personal
goals and develop greater wellness. I believe that
trust, authenticity, and openness create a strong
therapeutic relationship and make therapy
effective. Together we can find solutions and
develop skills to navigate life’s twists and turns.

I specialize in working with individuals who have
struggled with multiple mental health concerns
including anxiety, depression, and trauma. My
therapy approaches include Person-Centered,
Strengths-Based Perspective, Solution Focused
Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT). However, there is no one-size fits
all approach to therapy; the services I provide are
always tailored to fit my client’s goals.

If you are seeking an understanding and safe
environment to develop the insight and tools to
discover the best version of yourself, consider
getting in contact with me. I look forward to
working with you!
