I help those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or difficult life transitions find relief and clarity. We often receive societal messages that we must constantly work, give, and change to find happiness or success. It can be exhausting to feel like you're doing everything "right," yet still end up feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled. Therapy offers a unique, non-judgmental space to explore your own needs and desires, separate from the expectations of others.

My approach is holistic, insight-oriented, and practical. We will explore the "why" for genuine self-understanding and the "how" for making real-world changes. I primarily integrate psychodynamic therapy and evidence-based skills from CBT, DBT, and expressive arts therapy to help you manage difficult emotions and change unhelpful patterns.

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel truly seen, empowered, and equipped with strategies. I also bring specialized skills from my consultation work in healthcare settings and Harvard, helping professionals like doctors and judges, navigate tough decisions. If my approach resonates with you, please reach out for a free consultation.
