Timothy E Nordstrom
I’m a husband, father of three young adults and passionate about writing, recording and performing my music, fly fishing, the outdoors, and sports.
I can help if you’re carrying more than your share whether old trauma, daily anxiety, or burnout. I personally know how moving away to attend college (and all of what comes with this new stage in life) can create symptoms of anxiety and depression that are too acute to deal with on your own. If you want relief that lasts, and not just a place to vent, you are heading in the right direction. If you want to understand your story, reclaim your strength, and move forward with clarity and confidence give me a call.
I specialize in trauma recovery using CPT, TF-CBT, and music-based therapy. I offer grounded, evidence-based support for PTSD, anxiety and life transitions—especially for college students. We’ll work together to build real, lasting change.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of trying alone, you’re not broken. You’re human. I’m here to help you feel safe, supported, and strong enough to take the next step.
