Hello. So much changes when you are in college. Much of it is welcomed but things can become overwhelming fast. Some experiences challenge our beliefs about ourself, others, and this life. It's hard to know how to meet all the demands while prioritizing your mental and overall health.
Having a space to talk openly without judgment can help you to sort through it all and gain confidence in yourself. Therapy provides that space.
I have been helping people to address real challenges for over 16 years. I partner with my clients as they make changes that gets them closer to their goals and reduce unnecessary pain. I welcome you to contact me to start the process.
