Hi, I'm Tim Gravier, M.Ed., LPC. Stress? Anxiety? Feeling stuck? Let’s talk! I understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a little help to navigate through it. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to assist in coping with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and the stressors of daily life. My goal is to help you find effective strategies to manage these challenges and improve your overall well-being.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri since 2004, holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master of Education in Counseling. Additionally, I am certified as an Executive Coach and a Six Sigma Green Belt in Process Improvement. My journey began in 2000 as a Counselor with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in the Office of Adult Learning and Rehabilitation Services. In 2013, I was promoted to Statewide Director of Quality Assurance, where I guided over 130 Master-level Counselors to provide quality services to nearly 14,000 clients a year. Now retired from the State of Missouri, I run a private practice, offering telehealth services to provide an innovative and convenient experience for you to reach your goals.

What you will get from me is a safe, non-judgmental place to be yourself. I believe that every individual is an expert in their own life and can attain the best version of themselves through this experience. To accommodate your needs, I offer morning, afternoon, and evening virtual appointments so you can stay in the comfort of your space and schedule. I accept over 30 insurance plans, including Medicare, to ensure that therapy is accessible to you.

Together, we can work to get life on track. Enough about me—tell me about you. Let’s talk.
